商场类人员密集场所消防安全隐患类型评价指标体系研究 被引量:5

摘要 为了解决商场类人员密集场所(AOSM)因人流量大、建筑结构复杂、安全隐患多、应急疏散和救援难的问题,通过北京市40个AOSM场所消防安全隐患调查,揭示了影响AOSM场所消防安全隐患的关键要素。在此基础上建立了AOSM场所消防安全隐患分类方法,同时运用AHP法给出了消防安全隐患重要度排序,并以万达商场为例进行了实例分析验证。结果表明,设备设施、单位特征、建筑因素、安全疏散和安全制度是AOSM场所典型的消防安全隐患。 In order to solve the difficulties of fire evacuation and rescue in the assembly occupancies of shopping malls(AOSMs)due to large traffic,complex building structure and many potential safety hazards,the key factors affecting fire safety hazards in 40 AOSM sites in Beijing were revealed through investigation of fire safety hazards in 40 AOSM sites and the AHP method is used to calculate the weights to rank the importance of fire safety hazards.On this basis,the classification method of fire safety hazards in AOSMs was established,and an example analysis was carried out with Wanda Mall as an example.The results show that equipment facilities,unit characteristics,building factors,safety evacuation and safety system are key fire safety hazards in AOSMs.
