十一方巴布剂及联用石墨烯热敷贴镇痛作用研究

摘要 考察十一方巴布剂及联用石墨烯热敷贴的镇痛作用.将80只SPF级KM小鼠按体重随机分为空白组、阳性组、药酒组、巴布剂组及联用组,每天给予相应药物外敷6h,于7d后测定各组小鼠注射冰醋酸后15min内小鼠出现第一次扭体反应的潜伏期(s)和出现扭体反应的次数.利用热板法测定各组小鼠痛阈值及痛阈值提高百分率(%).与空白组相比较,联用组、巴布剂组小鼠15min内扭体反应潜伏期均显著延长(**P<0.01,*P<0.05),扭体次数均显著减少(**P<0.01,*P<0.05);与空白组相比较,联用组、巴布剂组小鼠给药后30min的痛阈值均显著提高(*P<0.05,*P<0.05),给药后60min的痛阈值提高有所变化(**P<0.01,*P<0.05).研究证实十一方巴布剂及联用石墨烯热敷贴具有镇痛效果. To study on the analgesic effect of Shiyifang cataplasm and the combination of Shiyifang cataplasm and graphene fomentation.80 mice were randomly divided into five groups:Blank control group,positive control group,the group of medicated wine with Shiyifang,Shiyifang cataplasm and the combination of Shiyifang cataplasm and graphene fomentation,mice of each group were given the corresponding Cataplasm to external applicate 6 h daily for 7 days,on the seventh day,testing latent phase and writhing times in 15 mintues by acetic acid induced writhing mice and testing pain threshold and The percent of increase of pain threshold by hot plate induced pain mice.Compared with blank group in acetic acid induced writhing mice,The Shiyifang cataplasm and the combination of Shiyifang cataplasm and graphene fomentation could prolong latent phase and reduce the writhing times in 15 minutes (** P<0.01,*P<0.05 );The pain threshold value at 30 minutes were significant higher in Shiyifang cataplasm group and the combination of Shiyifang cataplasm and graphene fomentation group than blank group in mice model of hot plate induced pain (** P<0.01,*P<0.05 ),The increase of pain threshold at 60 min after administration changed somewhat(** P<0.01,*P<0.05 ).The Shiyifang cataplasm and the combination of Shiyifang cataplasm and graphene fomentation can effectively possesses analgesic effects.
