基于职业发展路径的高校辅导员职业化建设研究

Research on Professional Construction of College Counselors Based on Career Development Path

作为“三化”建设的核心,职业化是影响辅导员队伍建设成效的重要因素。基于职业发展路径视角,从选聘、培训、管理与晋升方面梳理辅导员职业化建设的问题,结合我国辅导员实际情况,提出优化选拔标准与机制、改善职业待遇,丰富培训形式与平台、建立评价体制,深化职业定位与管理、完善晋升体系等职业化建设建议。

As the core of the "three modernizations" construction,professionalization has become an important factor affecting the effectiveness of counselor team construction.From the perspective of career development path,this paper sorts out the problems of counselors' professionalization construction from the aspects of selection,training,management and promotion.Combining with the actual situation of counselors in China,the paper puts forward several suggestions for the construction of professionalization,including optimizing selection criteria and mechanism,Improving Vocational treatment,enriching training forms and platforms,establishing evaluation system,deepening career orientation and management,and improving promotion system.
