高职院校是新时代下我国培养高素质技能型人才的核心阵地,而人才培养战略目标的实现离不开有效的管理。辅导员是高职院校教师以及管理队伍的重要力量,在学生管理工作中扮演重要角色。高职院校要深化引领辅导员准确定位角色、明确自身职能,高效运用思想政治理论,多层次深化学生管理实践,使其在学习专业知识、发展专业能力中形成健全人格、塑造综合素养、实现全面发展。

Higher vocational colleges are the core spot for training high-quality skilled talents in our country in the new era,and the realization of the strategic goal of talent training can not be separated from effective management.Counselor has become the vital force of teachers and management team in higher vocational colleges,and plays an important role in student management work.Higher vocational colleges should deepen the guidance of counselors to accurately define their roles,clarify their functions,effectively apply ideological and political theory,and deepen students' management practice at various levels,so that the counselors can form sound personality,shape comprehensive literacy and achieve all-round development in learning professional knowledge and developing professional ability.
