摘要
输电线路导线耐张线夹引流板和防振锤的螺栓有多种不同的朝向。这些不同朝向的螺栓松动后的校紧工作一般需要线路停电或者等电位带电作业完成。通过实验证明,研制的0°~180°伞齿轮传动头操作杆能够实现地电位对耐张线夹引流板或防振锤不同朝向螺栓的远距离带电校紧工作。该工具的应用还减少了操作时间,简化了操作程序、降低了劳动强度,提高了工作效率。
Drainage board of strain clamp of electric transmission line’s wire and the bolt of damper have a variety of orientations.The tightening of these differently oriented bolts after loosening generally requires line power outage or equipotential charging.It is proved by experiments that the 0°~180°bevel gear transmission head operating lever developed in the paper can realize the ground potential to the long-distance tightening of drainage board of strain clamp or differently oriented bolts.The application of the tool also reduces operating time,simplifies operating procedures,reduces labor intensity,and increases work efficiency.
