摘要
从企业、员工和培训师的需求出发,分析了企业开展内训师课堂教学评价的基础。基于培训有效性的评价导向,总结了当前企业开展课堂培训的4种典型模式,并针对不同的培训课堂模式设计出评价维度和标准。
Starting from the requirement of enterprises,employees and trainers,this paper analyzes the basis of enterprises carrying out classroom teaching evaluation of internal trainers.Based on the evaluation guidance of training effectiveness,it summarizes the four typical methods of enterprises carrying out classroom training currently,and designs evaluation dimension and standards aiming to different training classroom modes.
