摘要
单相系统无法直接采用基于dq同步旋转坐标系的比例积分(proportional Integral,PI)控制方法对有功电流和无功电流进行控制。针对这一问题,提出一种基于电压、电流虚构的单相脉宽调制(PWM)整流器直接电流控制方法。建立了单相PWM整流器数学模型,根据整流器网侧电压信号,通过相位滞后90O虚构出两相正交电压、电流信号,将三相矢量控制应用于单相系统。通过仿真验证了所提方法的可行性,并采用研制的单相PWM整流器实验装置对所提控制算法进行实验,验证了所提方法的有效性和正确性。所提方法可实现单位功率因数运行,且算法易于实现,具有较好的电流响应速度。
The single-phase system cannot directly adopt the dq synchronous rotating reference frame based proportional Integral (PI) control to realize the active and reactive current control.Aimed at solving the problem,a direct current control method of singlephase PWM rectifier based on the fictitious voltage and current is proposed.Firstly,the mathematical model of the single-phase rectifier is established.According to the voltage signal at the power grid side of the rectifier,the two-phase orthogonal voltage and current signals are constructed by a phase lag of 90 so that the three-phase vector control can be applied to the single-phase system.Simulation results verified the feasibility of the proposed method.The proposed control algorithm is tested on the developed experimental device of singlephase PWM rectifier,which verified that the proposed method is feasible and correct.The proposed method,whose algorithm can be easily implemented,can realize unity power factor operation and achieve better current response speed.
