摘要 广西地区地质条件和气候类型复杂多变,造成35~220kV输电线路耐张塔比例较高,电网工程造价控制难度大,为此提出输电线路耐张塔比例调整系数的研究思路和计算方法。采用主成分分析法确定输电工程造价的主要影响因素,建立指标体系;运用模糊聚类对样本数据进行优化,剔除异常数据;采用最小二乘支持向量机(LS-SVM)对工程造价进行预测,对预测结果进行比较分析,验证算法的合理性和有效性,从而确定耐张塔比例调整系数。通过与实际已经结算工程的误差分析,证明所提出的耐张塔比例调整系数方法能够满足工程造价管理和控制的实际应用需要。 The geological conditions and climatic types are complex and changeable in Guangxi,leading to higher tension tower ratio in 35 kV to 220 kV transmission lines and difficult cost control of power gird projects.In order to solve the problem,the research idea and calulation method of the adjustment coefficient of transmission line tension tower ratio is proposed.The principal component analysis method is used to determine the main influence factors and to establish the index system.The fuzzy clustering is used to optimize the sample data and eliminate abnormal data.The least squares support vector machine (LS-SVM) is used to predict the project cost,compare and analyze the prediction results and verify the reasonability and effectiveness of the algorithm so as to determine the adjustment coefficient of the tension tower ratio.By the error analysis with the practical settled projects,it is proved that the proposed adjustment coefficient method of tension tower ratio can meet the practical application needs of project cost management and control.
