碳纤维/橡胶粉复合改性沥青高低温性能研究

摘要 为了综合改性沥青高低温性能,克服橡胶粉对沥青高温性能改性的不足,在橡胶粉改性沥青的基础上复配碳纤,通过延度试验、软化点试验、针入度试验以及动态剪切流变试验(DSR)分析碳纤维和橡胶粉掺量对复合改性沥青高低温性能的影响。通过三大指标确定碳纤维与掺量10%橡胶粉复配其改性效果性价比最好,且复合沥青具备较好的低温延度;动态剪切流变试验表明碳纤维与橡胶粉复配能有效改善沥青的高温流变性能,且碳纤维掺量为0.5%时对复合沥青高温性能提高最为明显。 In order to comprehensively improve the high and low temperature performance of modified asphalt and overcome the deficiency of high temperature performance modification of asphalt by rubber powder,this paper compounds carbon fiber on the basis of rubber powder modified asphalt.The effects of carbon fiber and rubber powder on the high and low temperature properties of the composite modified asphalt were analyzed by ductility test,softening point test,penetration test and dynamic shear rheological test(DSR).It is determined by three major indicators that the modification effect of carbon fiber and 10% rubber powder is the best,and the composite asphalt has good low temperature ductility;the dynamic shear rheological test shows that the combination of carbon fiber and rubber powder can effectively improve the high temperature rheological properties of asphalt,and the high temperature performance of the composite asphalt is most obvious when the carbon fiber content is 0.5%.
