新生儿病房护理中断事件的干预性管理效果研究

Effect of interventional management on nursing interruption in Neonatal Ward

目的探讨新生儿病房护理中断事件的干预性管理效果,为护理管理者提供依据。方法观察西安市某大学附属医院新生儿病房2018年3月至5月20名护理人员高峰工作时间段临床工作过程中护理中断事件的发生情况,并对护理中断事件进行干预性管理。结果干预性管理后新生儿病房护理中断事件发生次数明显减少,护理中断事件持续时间明显缩短,积极型结局明显增加,消极型事件显著减少,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论干预性管理可以降低新生儿病房护理中断事件的发生率,减少护理不良事件的发生,在临床工作中应该提倡和推广对护理中断事件的干预和管理。

Objective To explore the effect of interventional management on nursing interruption (NI) in neonatal ward,so as to pravide a basis for nursing managers to manage wards.Methods A total of 20 nurses in neonatal ward of the affiliated hospital of one university in Xi'an from March to May 2018 were observed by the occurrence of nursing in terruption time during the clinical work of nursing staff during peak working hours,and the nursing interruption was interventional managed.Results The frequency of NI in neonated ward reduced after intervention.The duration of NI was significantly shorter after intervention,the rate of positive NI increased after intervention,the rate of negative NI decreased in neonatal ward,the differences were significant ( P <0.01 or P <0.05).Conclusion Intervention management can reduce the frequency of NI and the rate of negative NI.Intervention and management of NI should be promoted and popularized in clinical work.
