1935年元月的关东军大连会议,讨论对华侵略政策,强迫中国履行《塘沽协定》的不平等条约,强调所谓中日提携。关于此次会议,彼时无论报刊舆论还是国民政府本身都极为关注,因其会议议题涉及未来日本对华侵略纲要,总结即为限制中方党政军力量、扶持华北傀儡政权及“中日经济提携”等。本文以当时公文、档案为参照,在复原会议主题内容同时,分析会议前后华北局势。

The Dalian conference of Japanese Kwantung Army in January 1935 discussed aggressive policy on china, with the goal to force China to implement the unequal Tanggu Agreement,and stressed the so-called Sino-Japan cooperation.A huge number of newspapers and magazines reported the conference,and moreover,Chinese National Government also paid special attention,because the conference’s main topic was making an outline of aggressive policy,limiting Chinese military and political power in North China,and propping up a puppet regime and untruthful Sino-Japanese economic cooperation and so on.Using official documents,records and other historical documents,the paper tries to restore this conference and analyses the situation in North China at that time.
