MTBE装置反应器无扰动切换控制方案研究

摘要 MTBE生产装置醚化反应过程由于催化剂活性逐渐降低,催化剂更换频率高,因此醚化反应器一般设置备用反应器,用于催化剂的更换.在进行反应器切换时,为实现反应器的无扰动切换,本文对MTBE装置反应器切换过程中操作参数以及产品质量的变化进行了分析,并给出了反应器无扰动切换的控制方案. In the etherification reaction process of MTBE plant,because the activity of catalyst decreases gradually and the frequency of catalyst replacement is high,the standby reactor is usually set up for catalyst replacement.In order to realize the undisturbed switching of reactor during the switching of reactor,the operation parameters in the switching process of MTBE reactor were studied.The change of operational parameters and product quality was analyzed,and the control scheme of the no-disturbance reactor switching was given.
