芪归通络汤治疗中风后遗症的临床研究

Clinical Study on the Treatment of Stroke Sequela with Qigui Tongluo Decoction

目的观察芪归通络汤治疗中风后遗症的临床疗效。方法将102例中风后遗症的患者随机分为观察组与对照组,每组51例。对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用芪归通络汤治疗。2组均治疗15d为1个疗程,共治疗2个疗程。比较2组临床总有效率、神经功能缺损评分、血脂及血液流变学指标变化。结果观察组临床总有效率为96.08%,显著高于对照组的82.35%(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组神经功能缺损评分均有所降低(P<0.05),且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05);2组各项血脂指标均较治疗前改善(P<0.05),且观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组各项血液流变学指标均明显低于对照组及治疗前(P<0.05)。结论芪归通络汤能有效改善中风后遗症患者临床症状、血脂及血液流变学指标,改善受损神经功能,提高临床疗效。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Qigui Tongluo decoction on stroke sequela.Methods A total of 102 patients with stroke sequela were randomly divided into observation group(n=51)and control group(n=51).The control group was treated with routine western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Qigui Tongluo decoction on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 15 days as a course of treatment,a total of 2 courses of treatment.The total clinical effective rate,neurological deficit scores,blood lipid and hemorheological indexes were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.08%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of neurological deficits in the two groups were decreased(P<0.05),and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The indexes of blood lipids in both groups were significantly improved than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).The hemorheological indexes in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group and before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Qigui Tongluo decoction can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,blood lipids and hemorheological indexes of patients with stroke sequela,which can also improve the damaged nerve function and the clinical curative effect.
