创新发展视域下高职院校“双一流”建设探究——以西安铁路职业技术学院为例

Research on the “Double First-class” Construction of Higher Vocational Colleges under the Perspective of Innovative Development——Taking Xi’an Railway Vocational & Technical Institute as an Example

在《创新发展高等职业教育行动计划2015-2018》的指导下,贯彻高职教育发展理念,以“双一流”建设为切入推动内涵式发展,通过梳理政策背景和归纳一流建设对高职教育发展提供的机遇,以西安铁路职业技术学院为例探究高职院校的内涵建设,并提出具体的建设策略。

Under the guidance of The Action Plan for Innovation and Development of Higher Vocational Education 2015-2018,to carry out the development concept of higher vocational education,connotative development is promoted by taking "double firstclass" construction as the starting point.By combing the background of policy and summarizing the opportunities provided by the first-class construction to the development of higher vocational education,the connotative construction of higher vocational colleges is explored by taking Xi’an Railway Vocational & Technical Institute as an example,and concrete construction strategies are put forward.
