高职院校创新创业教育融入人才培养的实践探索——以天津职业大学为例

Practical Exploration of Integrating Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education into Talents Training in Higher Vocational Colleges——Taking Tianjin Vocational Institute as an example

从高职院校实际工作出发,对创新创业教育工作进行“顶层设计”,以创新创业教育服务学校人才培养为原则,从创新创业课程改革、创新创业项目实践、创新创业训练及比赛等多维度提出“创新创业教育融入人才培养过程”的操作模式,为高职院校实现“专创融合”、打造创新创业教育“升级版”,并最终服务于培养能有效满足市场需求、具有较高综合素养的技术技能型人才提供有价值的实施方案。

Starting from the actual work of higher vocational colleges,this study carries out the "top design" of innovation and entrepreneurship education.Taking the innovation and entrepreneurship education serving for talents training as the principle,the paper multi-dimensionally puts forward the operation mode of“innovation and entrepreneurship education integrated into talents training process”from innovation and entrepreneurship curriculum reform,innovation and entrepreneurship project practice,innovation and entrepreneurship training and competition,etc.This study provides a valuable implementation plan for higher vocational colleges to realize“profession and innovation integration”,forge“updated version”of innovation and entrepreneurship education and eventually cultivate technical skilled talents who can effectively meet market demand and have high comprehensive qualities.
