Research on the Factors Affecting the Quality of Production and Education Integration in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Perspective of Stakeholders

产教融合对于高职院校和企业来讲,是双赢的过程。作为产教融合利益相关者的人是影响高职教育产教融合质量优劣的核心影响因素,包括参与并推动产教融合发展的行业企业专家、学校管理者、双师素质教师、在校生、毕业生以及政府人员等。利益相关者视阈下高职院校产教融合质量影响因素可以从学生层面、教师层面、学校层面、企业层面等多方进行探究,以求为高职院校产教融合质量提升提供指引。

The integration of production and education is a win-win process for higher vocational colleges and enterprises.As the integration of industry and education stakeholders,people are the core influencing factors affecting the quality of the integration of production and education in higher vocational education,including industry enterprise experts,school administrators,dual-quality teachers,students at school,graduates and government officials.From the perspective of stakeholders,the factors affecting the quality of production and education integration in higher vocational colleges can be explored from the aspects of students,teachers, schools,and enterprises,in order to provide guidance for the improvement of the quality of production and education in higher vocational colleges.
