国产喷墨墨水的色彩品质控制与评价方案分析研究

Analysis and Study on the Program of Color Quality Control and Evaluation of the China-made Ink-jet Ink

首先讨论国产喷墨墨水的发展历史及现状,针对数字印刷工业对于喷墨墨水质量标准的提升,墨水密度色彩和色差计算方法、测试仪器选择、数据测试环节与品质控制的基本方案,提出企业内部喷墨墨水的检测指标体系和颜色测试方法以及信息系统开发技术选型。对比不同打样介质的喷墨墨水的色域,结果表明,开发自己的色彩控制体系指标和检测软硬件标准,在企业质量控制中长期跟踪反馈质量十分必要。

The paper firstly discusses the development history and present situation of domestic ink-jet ink,then according to the improvement of ink quality standard of digital printing industry,the methods of calculating color density and color difference,choice of testing equipment,and the basic program of data test and quality control,it puts forward the testing index system and color testing method of ink-jet ink within the enterprise and the model selection of information system development technology.Through the compare of ink color gamut in different proofing media,the result shows that developing one’s own color control system index and standard of testing software and hardware is necessary for medium and long term tracing and feedback quality in quality control of the enterprise.
