摘要
以石圪台煤矿22406-2综采工作面过空巷为背景,提出了一种新型的支护技术-泵送支柱技术,采用数值模拟分析了工作面推进过程中空巷围岩受力及变形情况,空巷围岩受力状态呈现“双峰”—“孤峰”—“双峰”的变化,空巷围岩移近量先增大,后趋于稳定。在22406-2综采工作面的现场应用得出,工作面过空巷期间,未出现煤柱压垮、空巷严重破坏的现象,空巷整体结构,保证了工作面安全通过空巷。
Based on the overpass roadway of 22406-2 fully mechanized mining face in Shijietai Coal Mine,a new type of support technology-pumping pillar technology is proposed.The numerical simulation is used to analyze the surrounding rock stress of the abandoned roadway during advancing.And the deformation changes as double peak-single peak-double peak,and the convergence of surrounding rock increases first and then stabilizes.Field application of the 22406-2 fully mechanized mining face shows that there was no phenomenon of crushing of coal pillars and serious damage of abandoned roadway,it ensures the safe passage of the working face through the abandoned roadway.
