摘要 为了解决夏季炎热时,瓦斯电厂机组气源温度过高,预处理系统降温效果不佳,发电机组冷却回水温度高的问题,屯兰瓦斯电厂提出在气源预处理初过滤系统后增加管式换热器,在发电机散热器上增加水帘装置以增加换热面积,辅助发电机组回水散热。改造实施后,提高了机组发电产量,保障了机组稳定运行。 In order to solve the problem of high temperature in the gas power plant during summer season,when the cooling effect of the pretreatment system is not good,and the cooling and return water temperature of the generator set is high.The Lanlan gas power plant proposes to add heat exchanger the initial filtration system afterwards the gas source pretreatment,add a water curtain device to the radiator of the generator to increase the heat exchange area and assist for the heat recovery.The implementation of the engineering created more power generation output,improved operation stability.
