摘要
渤海油田勘探开发的脚步已经迈向中深层储层。2018年,中海油在BZ19-6区域获得千亿方气田大发现,但是在作业过程中,地层硬脆性泥岩的失稳造成了较多的遇阻和卡钻问题,严重影响了钻井时效。针对泥岩失稳,水相侵入是一项直接和主要影响因素,为此研究人员针对泥岩特征,建立了一套钻井液水驱动力调控技术。经测试,该技术可实现水驱动力的实时检测、监测和调控,为中深层泥岩的稳定提供了一项可靠的定性定量钻井液控制技术手段。
The exploration and development of Bohai oilfield has stepped into middle and deep reservoir. In 2018,CNOOC made a big discovery of one hundred billion cubic meters gasfield in the BZ19-6 area. However,in the process of operation,the instability of the hard and brittle mudstone formation caused many problems of blocking and sticking,which seriously affected the efficiency of drilling. For shale instability,water invasion is a direct and main influencing factor,so in view of the characteristics of mudstone,the researchers formed a set of control technology of drilling fluid water driving force. Through the test,the technology can realize real-time detection,monitoring and control of water driving force. That provides a reliable means of qualitative quantitative drilling fluid control technology in the deep shale stability.
