摘要
针对渤海某油田现有核桃壳过滤器对水中悬浮物处理能力不足的问题,开展了阳离子聚丙烯酰胺的加注对水中悬浮物含量的影响研究。结果表明,在核桃壳过滤器入口加注阳离子聚丙烯酰胺可以提高核桃壳过滤器对悬浮物的去除效果。当质量浓度为2%的阳离子聚丙烯酰胺溶液加注浓度为30mg/L时,可以使核桃壳过滤器出口水中悬浮物含量由7.2mg/L降至2.8mg/L,达到现场的注水指标要求。
According to the walnut filter unable to treat the suspend solid in Bohai oilfield production water below the standard,carrying out the study of the influence of cationic polyacrylamide for the suspend solid in Bohai oilfield production water. The result shows the ability of removing the suspend soild in the production of the walnut filter can be improved when the cationic polyacrylamide injected inlet of the walnut filter. The suspend solid content can be lowered from 7.2 mg/L to 2.8 mg/L which is already below the standard when the 2 % of cationic polyacrylamide water solution injected inlet of the walnut filter when its concentration is 30 mg/L.
