Cause analysis and countermeasures of chlorine content exceeding standard in reforming refined oil of refinery unit

介绍宁夏石化公司500万吨/年炼油装置,60万吨/年连续重整装置精制油氯含量,2019年4月~5月持续出现超标现象,质检中心全力配合监控分析,查找出原因并进行方法验证,有效减缓了炼油设备腐蚀的速率,提供了可靠的分析数据和方法,为保证生产装置平稳运行起到了重要作用。

The chlorine content of refined oil in 5 million tons/year refining unit and 600 000 tons/year continuous reforming unit of Ningxia Petrochemical Company was introduced. Since April to May 2019,the phenomenon of exceeding the standard continued to occur. The quality inspection center cooperated with monitoring and analysis to find out the causes and verify the methods,which effectively slowed down the corrosion rate of refining equipment,provided reliable analysis data and methods,and guaranteed the stable production unit.
