摘要
通过对DSA不同工况下、不同位置X射线辐射空气吸收剂量率监测分析,揭示剂量分布较高区域和位置,并就监测结果结合瞬时测量值的仪器响应时间修正计算,对DSA机房及周围环境进行分析,为DSA机房内手术医护人员剂量估算、辐射防护评价与辐射防护管理提供参考。
By monitoring and analyzing the X ray dose rate of air absorbed in different position with different DSA conditions,the position monitored higher radiation dose were found.The correction calculation was conducted by combining the real-time monitoring result with the response time of the machine.This work could be used to estimate the radiation dose of medical staffs who work in DSA room,Furthermore,this work would provide a reference to estimate and assess the radiation dose and strengthen the radiation protection.
