摘要
对工业园区的低碳生态规划设计展开研究,将低碳生态的概念融入到工业园区建设规划中,从园区土地利用管理、节能环保和生态建设及循环经济发展三个方面,提出园区规划设计及发展建议,为实现经济增长方式的转变和节能减排管理提供理论基础。
Research on low-carbon ecological planning and design of industrial parks, Study the concept of low carbon ecology into the industrial park construction planning.
