重点企业关闭搬迁后遗留地块土壤污染防治工作探讨

近年来,土壤污染问题逐步成为社会问题,尤其是一些重点行业的工业企业关闭后遗留地块造成的"毒地"事件更是成为关注的焦点。自2016年国务院发布《土壤污染防治行动计划》(土十条)以来,全国土壤污染防治工作逐渐步入正轨。本文就重点企业关闭搬迁后,属地政府如何开展土壤污染防治及修复工作做简单探讨,以供参阅。

In recent years,the problem of soil pollution has gradually become a social problem,especially the "poisonous land" incident caused by the remnant of land after the closure of industrial enterprises in some key industries has become the focus of attention.Since the State Council issued the "Soil Pollution Prevention and Control Action Plan"(10 soils) in 2016,the national soil pollution prevention and control work has gradually entered the right track.In this paper,after the key enterprises are closed and relocated,how can the local government conduct soil pollution prevention and restoration work for a brief discussion?
