创新型城市低碳发展评价及路径研究——以合芜蚌示范区为例

The evaluation of the low-carbon developmentand pathwayresearch in innovative cities——Taking Hefei-Wuhu-Bengbu Pilot Region as an example

加强创新型城市低碳建设是推进生态文明建设和促进城市发展转型升级的重要突破口。本文以合芜蚌示范区为例,在研究创新型城市、低碳城市建设现状及不足的基础上,构建适用于创新型城市的低碳城市发展评价指标体系并采用实际数据进行评价与分析,最后从坚持创新和低碳融合发展、打造高质量低碳产业体系、完善绿色低碳发展机制等三个方面提出创新型城市低碳发展的路径,研究结果对我国创新型城市低碳发展具有借鉴意义。

Strengthening the low-carbon construction of innovative cities is an important breakthrough to promote ecological civilization construction and urban development. Taking Hefei-Wuhu-Bengbu Pilot Region as an example, based on the study of the current situation and shortcomings of low-carbon construction in innovative cities, this paper builds an evaluation index systemfor low-carbon development in innovative cities, and evaluates it with actual data. Finally, this paper puts forward some suggestions on low-carbon development in innovative cities, including insisting on innovation and low-carbon integration development, building a highquality low-carbon industrial system, and improving the mechanism of green low-carbon development.
