早期心脏康复护理对急性心肌梗死介入术后疗效的影响

Effect of early cardiac rehabilitation nursing on the efficacy of postoperative intervention for acute myocardial infarction

目的探讨心肌梗死介入术后早期心脏康复指导干预效果。方法选取2016年1月至2017年6月我院收治的129例急性心肌梗死介入术后患者为研究对象,按照随机对照原则将其分为观察组65例与对照组64例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在此基础上实施早期心脏康复护理。比较两组术后不良事件发生率、出院Barthel指数(MBI)变化。结果观察组术后不良事件发生率低于对照组,出院前MBI指数高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期心脏康复护理可使急性心肌梗死介入术后患者获益,能够降低不良事件发生率,提高其生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of early cardiac rehabilitation guidance intervention after myocardial infarction intervention.Methods We selected 129 cases of patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to June 2017 as a study object.According to the principle of randomized control,they were divided into observation group(65 cases)and control group(64 cases).The control group used routine nursing.the observation group implemented early cardiac rehabilitation nursing on this basis.The incidence of postoperative adverse events and the Barthel index(MBI)changes of discharge were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of postoperative adverse events of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the MBI index of the observation group before discharge was higher than that of the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early cardiac rehabilitation nursing could benefit patients with acute myocardial infarction,which could reduce the incidence of adverse events and improve their quality of life.
