摘要 目的探讨早期肺康复训练对ICU有创机械通气COPD患者临床疗效的影响。方法选取2017年7月至2019年1月我院收治60例ICU有创机械通气COPD患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其等分为干预组和对照组。对照组采用常规康复锻炼,干预组在对照组基础上采用早期肺康复训练。比较两组患者疗效。结果干预前两组患者SaO2,PaO2,PaCO2,pH值比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后干预组患者SaO2,PaO2,pH值高于对照组,PaCO2低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组患者疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期肺康复训练能提高ICU有创机械通气COPD患者临床疗效,值得在临床中推广应用。 Objective To investigate the effect of early pulmonary rehabilitation training on clinical efficacy of COPD patients with invasive mechanical ventilation for ICU.Methods To select 60 cases of COPD patients with invasive mechanical ventilation for ICU who were admitted to our hospital from July 2017 to January 2019.The patients were divided into intervention group and control group according to the random number table method.The control group used routine rehabilitation exercise,and the intervention group used early early pulmonary rehabilitation training on the basis of the control group.The efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results Before intervention,there was no significant difference in SaO2,PaO2,PaCO2 and pH value of patients between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the SaO2,PaO2,and the pH value of patients in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group,and PaCO2 was lower than that of the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The efficacy in the intervention group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early pulmonary rehabilitation training could improve the clinical efficacy of COPD patients with invasive mechanical ventilation for ICU,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
