双腔深静脉导管应用于胸腔积液引流的常见问题与护理对策

Common problems and nursing strategies of double-lumen deep vein catheter for drainage of pleural effusion

目的探讨胸腔积液引流应用于双腔深静脉导管常见问题,并制定相应的护理对策。方法选取2018年1月至2019年1月我院收治的胸腔积液引流患者88例,收集患者的基本信息和临床资料,分析双腔深静脉导管应用常见问题。结果88例患者中,有27例引流中出现导管堵塞、渗漏、脱落及感染等问题,发生率为30.68%。结论胸腔积液应用双腔深静脉导管引流过程中的常见问题较多,分析其发生的原因,制定个体化的护理对策,可减少引流过程中不良反应,促进疾病的快速康复。

Objective To explore the common problems of pleural effusion drainage in double-lumen deep venous catheters,and develop corresponding nursing strategies.Methods We select 88 cases of patients with pleural effusion who were admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019.The basic information and clinical data were collected to analyze the common problems in the application of double-lumen deep venous catheter.Results In the 88 cases of patients,27 cases with an incidence of 30.68%had catheter obstruciton,leakage,shedding,and infection in the drainage.Conclusion There were many common problems in the application of double-chamber deep venous catheter drainage in pleural effusion.The reasons for its occurrence and the development of individualized nursing strategies could reduce the adverse reactions during the drainage process and promote the rapid recovery of the disease.
