呼吸功能训练联合音乐疗法在心脏瓣膜置换术患者中的应用

Application of respiratory function training combined with music therapy in patients undergoing heart valve replacement

目的探讨呼吸功能训练联合音乐疗法在心脏瓣膜置换术患者中的应用效果。方法选取2017年2月至2018年12月我院收治的心脏瓣膜置换术患者112例为研究对象,按照随机对照的原则将患者等分为对照组和试验组,对照组采用呼吸功能训练,试验组在此基础上联合音乐疗法,比较两组患者呼吸机使用时间、心电监护时间、动脉血氧分压及肺部并发症发生率。结果试验组呼吸机使用时间、心电监护时间短于对照组(P<0.05);动脉血氧分压高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组肺部并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论呼吸功能训练联合音乐疗法在心脏瓣膜置换术患者中应用可改善临床症状,减少肺部并发症发生率,促进预后康复。

Objective To explore the application effect of respiratory function training combined with music therapy in patients undergoing heart valve replacement.Methods To select 112 cases of patients with heart valve replacement admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to December 2018 as a study object.The patients were divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the principle of randomized control.The control group was trained with respiratory function.On this basis,combined with music therapy was adopted in the experimental group,the ventilator use time,ECG monitoring time,arterial oxygen partial pressure and incidence of pulmonary complications were compared between the two groups.Results The ventilator use time and electrocardiographic monitoring time in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The arterial oxygen partial pressure in the experimental group were higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of pulmonary complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Respiratory function training combined with music therapy in patients with heart valve replacement could improve clinical symptoms,reduce the incidence of pulmonary complications,and promote prognosis recovery.
