基于自评—主观全面评定量表的营养干预对胃癌术后患者能量摄入量和营养改善的效果分析 被引量:13

摘要 目的探讨基于自评—主观全面评定量表(PG-SGA)的营养干预对胃癌术后患者能量摄入量和营养改善的效果分析。方法选取2017年1月至2018年10月我院收治的80例胃癌术后患者为研究对象,随机将其等分为研究组和对照组。对照组给予常规护理,研究组在对照组的基础上实施基于自评—主观全面评定量表的营养干预,比较两组患者术后不同阶段的能量摄入量和营养状况改善情况。结果研究组术后不同阶段的能量摄入量高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);各项营养指标情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于自评—主观全面评定量表的营养干预应用于胃癌术后患者的护理中,可提高术后不同阶段的能量摄入量,改善营养状况,具有临床研究价值。 Objective To explore the effect analysis of nutritional intervention based on scored patient-generated subjective global assessment(PG-SGA)scale on energy intake and nutritional improvement in postoperative patients with gastric cancer.Methods To select 80 cases of patients with gastric cancer who were admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to October 2018 as a study object.They were randomly divided into study group and control group.The control group received routine nursing.The study group implemented a nutritional intervention based on the self-assessment-subjective comprehensive rating scale on the basis of the control group,and compared the energy intake and nutritional status improvement of the two groups at different stages after operation.Results After operation,the energy intake at different stages in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The various nutritional indices in the study group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nutritional intervention based on self-evaluation-subjective comprehensive assessment scale could improve the energy intake and improve the nutritional status of patients with postoperative gastric cancer.Therefore,it has clinical study value.
