PDCA循环对CT室冠状动脉血管造影检查质量及成功率的影响

Effect of PDCA cycle on the quality and success rate of coronary angiography in CT room

目的探讨PDCA循环对CT室冠状动脉血管造影检查质量及成功率的影响。方法选取2018年1—12月于我院CT室行冠状动脉血管造影检查的患者120例作为研究对象,随机将其等分为对照组与观察组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予基于PDCA循环的护理,比较两组患者检查质量及检查指标。结果观察组检查质量明显高于对照组(P<0.05),一次检查成功率高于对照组(P<0.05),检查耗时短于对照组(P<0.05),检查时心率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在CT室冠状动脉血管造影检查中应用PDCA循环管理,能促进检查质量改进,提高检查效果。

Objective To investigate the effect of PDCA cycle on the quality and success rate of coronary angiography in CT room.Methods To select 120 cases of patients who underwent coronary angiography in the CT room of our hospital from January to December 2018 as a study object.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group was given nursing based on PDCA cycle.the inspect quality and examination index of patients were compared between the two group.Results The inspect quality in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The success rate of disposable examination in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The examination time was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the heart rate was lower than that of the control group during examination(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PDCA cycle management in the coronary angiography in CT room could promote the improvement of examination quality and improve the examination results.
