近年来,随着我国房地产行业的繁荣,在一定程度上增加了房地产企业会计管理工作的难度。为此,我国房地产行业应该加强对管理会计体系的分析和研究,进而不断完善企业的管理会计体系,提高企业会计管理工作的水平。基于此,论文就房地产企业会计管理工作的重点和如何构建房地产企业管理会计体系方面作了简单分析,希望对我国房地产企业的发展起到一定的借鉴作用。

In recent years,with the prosperity of China's real estate industry,the difficulty of accounting management of real estate enterprises has been increased to some extent.Therefore,China's real estate industry should strengthen the analysis and research of management accounting system,so as to constantly improve the management accounting system of enterprises and improve the level of enterprise accounting management.Based on this,this paper makes a simple analysis on the focus of the real estate enterprise accounting management and how to build the management accounting system of real estate enterprises,hoping to play a certain role in the development of China's real estate enterprises.
