摘要
随着我国社会经济及科技水平的迅速发展,各行各业对于人才质量及水平的要求也越来越高。目前,如何做好人力资源管理工作就显得尤为重要。人力资源管理水平和质量的高低对我国经济建设发展的速度与效率都有着至关重要的作用,所以我们要重视人力资源的管理与实践工作。因此,论文针对就业需求导向的人力资源管理实践改革工作进行简要分析。
With the rapid development of China's social economy and science and technology level,all walks of life require higher and higher quality and level of talents.At present,how to do a good job in human resources management is particularly important.The level and quality of human resources management play an important role in the speed and efficiency of China's economic development,so we should pay attention to the management and practice work of human resources.Therefore,the paper makes a brief analysis of the practice reform work of human resources management based on the orientation of employment demand.
