摘要
对于建筑工程项目而言,为了让工程预算更加的合理,需要及时地分析建筑工程的施工预算,以此促使各个环节更加顺利地展开。论文分析了建筑工程成本管理中施工预算的具体作用,结合成本管理的相关概念和原则展开讨论,明确了施工预算的重要性。
For the construction engineering,in order to make the construction budget more reasonable,it is necessary to analyze the construction budget of the construction engineering in time,so as to promote the smooth development of each link.This paper analyzes the specific function of construction budget in cost management of construction engineering,discusses the related concepts and principles of cost management,and clarifies the importance of the construction budget.
