运维人员薪酬与电厂生产运行指标相关性研究

Research on the Correlation Between Operation and Maintenance Personnel Compensation and Power Plant Production and Operation Indexes

运维人员是发电厂最为庞大的群体,人数约占到发电厂总人数的四分之三。调查发现,大多数运维人员对自身薪酬不满意。论文以不同区域风电场和水电厂为研究对象,通过分析电厂运维人员薪酬与生产运行指标的相关性,为提高运维人员薪酬水平提供有关建议。

Operation and maintenance personnel are the largest group of power plants,accounting for about 3/4 of the total number of power plants.The survey found that the vast majority of operation and maintenance personnel are not satisfied with their own salary.This paper takes wind farms and hydropower plants in different regions as the research objects.By analyzing the correlation between the operation and maintenance personnel compensation in power plants and production and operation indicators,this paper provides relevant suggestions for improving the salary level of operation and maintenance personnel.
