论文从国有企业信访工作的现状出发,简要分析了信访工作的基本特征及规律,并基于信访工作中存在的问题和新形势下的新要求提出了有效的解决对策,希望能为国有企业信访工作的开展提供一定的参考。

Starting from the current situation of petition work in state-owned enterprises,this paper briefly analyzes the basic characteristics and rules of petition work,and puts forward effective countermeasures based on the existing problems and new requirements under the new situation,hoping to provide some reference for the development of petition work in state-owned enterprises.
