桑树坪煤矿11号煤自燃特性实验研究

摘要 为研究桑树坪煤矿11号煤层样品的自燃特性,对样品进行了程序升温实验,并对样品的低温氧化特性及参数进行了系统的分析。结果表明,降低氧气浓度煤的耗氧速率及CO产生量将显著降低,低氧环境对煤复燃氧化有明显的抑制作用,实验得到了不同粒度式11号煤在氧化升温过程中的耗氧速率,CO、C2H4、C2H6等产生量随粒度的降低而不断增强的变化规律。确定了煤自燃危险指标,这为桑树坪煤矿11号煤的煤自燃火灾的监测预警提供了基础依据。 In order to study the spontaneous combustion characteristics of No.11 Coal seam sample in Sangshuping Coal Mine,temperature programmed experiments were carried out on the sample,and the low temperature oxidation characteristics and parameters of the sample were systematically analyzed.The results show that the oxygen consumption rate and CO production of coal with lower oxygen concentration are significantly reduced,and the low oxygen environment has obvious inhibition effect on coal reburning and oxidation.The oxygen consumption rate of coal No.11 with different particle sizes in the process of oxidation and heating is obtained.The variation rules of CO,C2H4,C2H6 production are continuously enhanced with the decrease of particle size.The risk index of coal spontaneous combustion is determined,which provides a basis for monitoring and early warning of coal spontaneous combustion fire of No.11 Coal in Sangshuping Coal Mine.
