文化自信是培育文明乡风的思想灵魂,为培育文明乡风提供丰厚的文化资源。通过论述坚定文化自信与培育文明乡风的内在逻辑,分析文化自信视域下培育文明乡风的困境及其成因,并凝练出相应的解决策略。即要以打造乡村特色文化产业、健全文化人才的回归制度、弘扬乡村文化的精神内核、完善公共文化服务体系等方面来坚定文化自信以培育文明乡风,助推乡村振兴稳定发展。

Cultural self-confidence is the soul of cultivating civilized rural customs and provides cultural resources for cultivating civilized rural customs.Through discussing the internal logic of strengthening cultural self-confidence and cultivating civilized rural style,this paper analyses the dilemma and its causes of cultivating civilized rural style from the perspective of cultural self-confidence,and concisely puts forward the corresponding solutions.We should strengthen cultural self-confidence by building the cultural industry with rural characteristics,improving the return system of cultural talents,promoting the spiritual core of rural culture,and improving the public cultural service system,etc.In order to cultivate civilized local customs and promote the stable development of rural areas.
