“中国人工智能技术正在以前所未有的事态蓬勃发展,目前,人工智能在各个领域不断刷新着人们的认知,其创作带来版权新问题已然引起了各界的关注与讨论,基于当前人工智能的发展态势,以现有价值和未来价值为导向,分析创作物、版权性、独创性审查问题,构建出缓冲措施以应对创作物对现行知识产权制度造成的冲击。

China’s artificial intelligence technology is booming in an unprecedented situation. At present, artificial intelligence has continuously refreshed people’s cognition in various fields. The new problems brought by artificial intelligence creation have attracted attention and discussion from all walks of life. Based on the current development trend of artificial intelligence, as well as its present and future value, this paper analyzescopyrightability and originality in the creation censorship, and constructs measures to buffing the impact of the current intellectual property system in the creation.
