全面依法治国背景下高校学生法治教育与意识的培养

On Cultivating College Students’ Legal Education and Consciousness under the Background of Ruling the Country by Law

法治教育工作在各个高校开展多年,但所获成效并不显著。高校法治教育意义重要,法制教育对经济、社会文明及素质教育具有重要作用,高校法治教育中存在的问题原因众多,解决各种问题,优化高校法治教育方法包括建立健全高校法制教育体系、优化师资团队建设,以及提升大学生法治理念。

Legal education has been carried out in various colleges and universities for many years, but hasn’t obtained the significant result yet. College legal education plays an important role in economic, social civilization and quality education. However, there are still many problems in colleges legal education;therefore, for solving various problems, the ways of optimizing colleges legal education are suggested like the following: establishing and perfecting the legal education system, optimizing teaching team construction and promoting college students’ legal concepts.
