当代大学生创业伦理教育的内涵、意义及策略

On the Connotation, Significance and Strategy of Contemporary College Students’ Entrepreneurship Ethics Education

随着我国经济转型升级的需要,创新驱动战略不断深入实施,创业营商环境也日益优化,大学生创业伦理教育问题日益迫切。从大学生创业伦理教育的内涵与重要意义入手,分析创业伦理教育的主要内容,提出创业伦理教育的策略,即高校、社会及家庭进行全方位教育,通过完善创业优惠政策使创业者感受政策关怀,通过建立创业服务体系使创业者感受社会之爱。

With the need of China’s economic transformation and upgrading, the innovation-driven strategy has been continuously implemented, and the entrepreneurial business environment has been increasingly optimized;however, the problem in college students’ entrepreneurial ethics education is becoming more and more urgent. In this regard, this paper discusses the connotation and significance of college students’ entrepreneurial ethics education, analyzes its main contents, and puts forward the strategies on entrepreneurship ethics education, that is, taking comprehensive education in terms of the college, society and family, making entrepreneurs feel the policy care by perfecting entrepreneurial preferential policies, as well as feel the social love by establishing the entrepreneurial service system.
