加强基层非公企业党建工作的策略初探——以安海镇为例

A Probe into Strategies of Strengthening Party Building Work in Grassroots Non-public Enterprises—— Taking Anhai Town as an Example

近年来,非公企业的党建工作进入发展快车道。基层组织应以“强党建、促发展”为目标,以“两学一做”常态化制度为抓手,多措并举,扎实推进非公企业党建工作,引领非公企业经济蓬勃发展。结合安海镇非公企业党建工作的实际情况,对如何加强基层非公企业党建工作的策略进行研究,从而实现党建工作与企业发展互促共赢。

In recent years, the party construction work of non-public enterprises has entered a fast lane of development. The grass-roots organizations should aim at “strengthening the party and promoting development” and taking the normalization system of “two studies and one doing” as the starting point, taking multiple measures to promote the party building work of non-public enterprises, and lead the booming economic development of non-public enterprises. In order to achieve mutual promotion and win-win between party building work and enterprise development, this paper makes a study on the way of strengthening the grassroots party building work of non-public enterprises in lined with the actual situation of party building work in non-public enterprises in Anhai Town.
