On Problems and Countermeasures on College Students’ Ideological and Political Education Management

大学生是国家的希望和国家的未来。大学生思想政治教育管理的不断发展与完善,有利于提高大学生的思想政治素养。然而,将思想政治教育和管理进行有机结合,有利于提高大学生思想政治教育管理的效率。通过阐述大学生思想政治管理的含义及重要性,针对存在的思想政治教育管理问题,提出相应的对策,提高思想政治教育管理的实效性。

College students are the hope of the country and the future of the country. The continuous development and improvement on college students’ ideological and political education management is conducive to improving their ideological and political quality;moreover, the organic combination of ideological and political education with management is conducive to improving the efficiency of college students’ ideological and political education management. This paper expounds the meaning and importance of college ideological and political management, proposes corresponding countermeasures in response to the existing problems in ideological and political education management, so as to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education management.
