摘要
智能化的生活方式在加快人们生活节奏的同时,也在进一步的影响广大人们群众的身体健康和体育锻炼,“职业病”“低头族”等问题不仅给上班族,还给青少年带来严重的身体危害,体育运动时间已被工作和手机所占据,而由于生活压力所带来的紧张和松懈感,使得人们能够得到的身体活动和体能锻炼的机会和时间越来越少。因此,如何利用现在高速发展的互联网技术将碎片化时间有效利用进行体育锻炼是现阶段全民健身运动可行性方案。
Nowadays, while the intelligent lifestyle is accelerating the rhythm of people’s lives, it also further affects the physical health and physical exercise of the masses. The healthy problems of “occupational diseases” and “low-headed people” bring serious physical harm to both office workers and young people. The time for sports has been occupied by the work and mobile phones, and the tension and slackness caused by life pressure make people have less opportunities and spent less time on physical activities and exercise. Therefore, the effectively use of fragmentation time for physical exercise by using the high-speed development of Internet technology is the feasible program for the current national fitness exercise.
