就业观视域下高校教育教学管理发展趋势研究

On the Development Trend of College Teaching Management in the View of Employment Concept

就业是高校教育教学管理的生命线,是人才培养的重要任务所在,从就业观视域出发,对H省的6所高校进行问卷调查,得出当前高校教育教学管理的现状并对满意度和存在问题进行分析,根据现状得出高校教育教学管理与就业之间的关联,并给出相应的建议和发展路径,以期为高校教育教学管理提供理论和实践的参考。

Employment is viewed as the lifeline of college education management, as well as an important task for talent training. This paper takes a questionnaire survey among six universities in H province in the view of employment concept, presents the current status of college education management, analyzes the satisfaction and existing problems, discusses the relationship between college education management and employment, and puts forward corresponding suggestions and development paths, hoping to provide theoretical and practical reference on college education management.
