半固态A357铝合金的触变性能研究

摘要 半固态A357铝合金的触变力学性能,可采用热力模拟机Gleeble-1500对应变诱发熔化激活法(SIMA)制备的坯料先进行压缩试验,利用DEFORM软件进行半固态触变成形过程的数值模拟。铝合金A357压缩变形时的流变应力和温度及坯料的应变速率有关。具体的变化情况是:在特定的应变速率范围(0.1-10s-1)内,铝合金A357的应力变化趋势是:随着温度的升高,流变应力降低;随着应变速率和坯料变形量的增加,流变应力增大。 This paper studies the thixo-mechanical property of semi-solid A357 aluminum alloy, making the compression experiment on the billet prepared by strain induced melting activation (SIMA) by applying the thermal simulator Gleeble-1500, and taking numerical simulation on the forming process of semi-solid thixotropy by using the DEFORM software. It is showed that the flow stress in the compression deformation of aluminum alloy A357 is related to the temperature and the strain rate of the billet. The specific changes are like the following: in the specific strain rate range (0.1-10s-1), the stress trend of aluminum alloy A357 presents the decreasing flow stress as the temperature increases, and the increasing flow stress as the strain rate and deformation of the billet increase.
