摘要
分布式电动汽车受到激励作用会产生扭转振动,且齿轮非线性特性和电机谐波现象会加剧传动系统扭转振动。文章针对分布式驱动汽车传动系统的扭转振动问题和非线性问题,从多自由度传动系统扭转振动特性、减速器齿轮扭转振动抑制方法和主动控制抑制扭转振动方法3个方面综述了近年研究成果和重点。介绍了电动汽车传动系统扭转振动的抑制方法,分析了机械方法与主动控制方法抑制电动车扭转振动的发展趋势。
Distributed electric vehicles generate torsional vibrations when impelled, while gear nonli-nearities and motor harmonics exacerbate the torsional vibration of the transmission system. In this paper, tailored to the torsional vibration and nonlinearities of distributed drive vehicle transmission system, the research results and key points of recent years are reviewed from three aspects: torsional vibration characteristics of multi-degree-of-freedom drive train, torsional vibration suppression method of reducer and main control to suppress torsional vibration. The suppression method of torsional vibration of electric vehicle transmission system is introduced. The future trend of mechanical method and main control method to suppress the torsional vibration of electric vehicle is analyzed.
