摘要
通过收集湖北省龙背湾水电站建设前后库区及坝下河段汛期的水质监测资料,采用单因子评价法和综合污染指数法对水质状况进行评价。结果表明,龙背湾电站建设前后汛期官渡河干流入库断面水质类别从Ⅰ类降为Ⅱ类,库中断面和坝下断面水质类别无明显变化(Ⅱ类);库区支流洪坪河河口断面水质类别从Ⅱ类降为Ⅲ类,公祖河河口断面水质类别无明显变化(Ⅱ类);总体上看,工程建设后汛期官渡河干流及库区主要支流各断面水质略有下降,但仍满足Ⅱ类水质目标管理要求。建议进一步加强库区环境治理并制定长期的监测计划。
This paper selects Longbeiwan Hydropower Station Project as research subject,and utilizes Single Factor Evaluation Method and Comprehensive Pollution Index Method to evaluate the water quality status based on monitoring data collected in flooding season before and after the construction of the project. The results demonstrate that the construction of the project would lead the decrease in the water quality category of the stock-in section of Guandu River from class Ⅰ to class Ⅱ,while having no impact on the water quality category (Class Ⅱ) of the reservoir section and the back section of dam. The construction of the project would also lead the decrease in water quality category of Hongping river stuary section from class Ⅱ to class Ⅲ,while having no impact on the water quality category (Class Ⅱ) of Gongzu river stuary section. The water quality of Guandu river main stream and its tributary stream would also be deteriorated from a cleaner type to a medium pollution type,and the concentration of permanganate index and biochemical oxygen demand (BOD5) would increase. Local government should strengthen the environmental management of the reservoir area and the department who is responsible for the running of the hydropower station should formulate a long-term monitoring plan.
