湖北推进长江经济带建设的政策体系及重点举措

Hubei’s policy system and Key Initiatives for Promoting the Construction of the Yangtze River Economic Belt

作为长江流经最长、岸线资源最丰富的省份,湖北省一直把推进长江经济带建设作为最直接、最现实、最重大的战略机遇。湖北省高度重视长江经济带建设,从绿色生态廊道建设、综合立体交通走廊建设、现代产业走廊建设等方面出台了一系列规划与政策措施,积极打造长江经济带的战略节点。本文拟从畅通黄金水道、积极培育新动能等方面阐述湖北高质量发展的战略纵深。

As the province with the longest rivers and the richest coastline resources,Hubei has always promoted the Yangtze River Economic Belt as the most direct,realistic and important strategic opportunity.Hubei attaches great importance to the construction of the Yangtze River Economic Belt,and has introduced a series of planning and policy measures from the construction of green ecological corridors,the construction of comprehensive three-dimensional traffic corridors,and the construction of modern industrial corridors,actively creating strategic nodes for the Yangtze River Economic Belt.This paper intends to explain the strategic depth of Hubei's high-quality development from the aspects of smoothening the golden waterway and actively cultivating new kinetic energy.
